  • Borrowed from his future

"I will be investing my stimulus check in my son's 529 education plan. My check was borrowed from his future, so it makes sense to give it back to him. "

  • Looking good for an old guy

"It was necessary for me to obtain a tuxedo to wear at my Exemplification to the 4th Degree in the Knights of Columbus. A purchase seemed more appropiate rather than renting as I expect to wear the "uniform" often at various functions. My wife was with me when I made the purchase and she remarked that not only will I be wearing it as a Knight, but that she intends that I be buried in it. "

"Diapers. I am taking care of my baby. Unlike so many people asking for a handout online because they spent their checks on junk. I always spend every penny on him. Gladly!"

  • Popping bottles to pay the bills

"I have like 4 jobs and have been trying to bartend so i can at least only have 2 that can make ends meet. I used my stimulus check to pay some bills and supplements my income for 2 weeks while i took the bartending class. I put that on my credit card so i hope it pays itself off soon."

  • CUBAN CIGARS

"Taking a day trip to Freeport to see how many Cuban cigars I can smoke in one day. George says embargo still on re: human rights. What crap. There isn't 5 cents difference between Cuba & China in that regard. The real difference is that corporate America gets fat off the importation of Chinese junk & contributes to political campaigns."

  • Property Taxes are a BEACH!

"I wish I could say that I spent my pathetic $300 stimulus on a trip to some exotic beach...but instead I spent $50 on a tank of gas and spent the day a few hours away in Venice (picture) and the rest made a very small dent in my $26,000 PROPERTY TAX bill! Thanks Sammy!"
