  • Why in the world is everyone so critical of eachother? She was not bitching that she gave her daughters the money, she is bitching about the same shit everyone else on here is: the sad state of the economy and Bush's personal responsibility in that. And as for her life choices, I don't believe that is anyone's business but her's and her family's. Also, she did not mention a single bad life choice that I saw.

    Everyone needs to get off eachother's back and unite so we can change all the bullshit going on in the world.

    Attacking eachother is doing nothing but the same thing thats going on in Iraq and at the gas pump and in the grocery store.

  • Thank you for your possitive comment, but yes Im not mad I gave my kids the money, IM mad at the governement, I called the IRS and asked them how much I would be getting back, they told me live on the phone, 1200.00! I got 600.00, thats why Im bitching, I love my kids and everything I get goes to them.

  • I am a single working mom who works 2 jobs and only got $300.00 - which i kept to pay bills - go figure - my friends in the 3 digit salaries got at least 2,400.00 - my son's single friend who just started working in September, 2007 got $600.00 - something is very wrong witht this system -

  • Why do you give everything to your kids? You spoil them too much. They need to learn the value of the dollar and as long as you continue to give them a wad, they will never learn. Kids these days are selfish and spoiled. What are they going to do in the future when they can't afford things. Come back to mommy? Let them learn now because it is only going to get harder. Play tough love and pay your bills. Tell your kids get lost and go mow a lawn or something for a few bucks.

SOMETIMES BUYING NEW JEANS, A WII OR CELLPHONES DON'T PAY THE BILLS. THAT IS YOUR LIVELYHOOD AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO TEACH THEM WELL.   • This has to be a joke, you are behind on bills and you handed out hundreds of dollars to your teenage kids? How long did you think this one over? What part of your brain told you this was a good idea?

    Your kids don't need $300. Giving it to them to buy ipods or whatever is a terrible way to take care of them. These are your children...pay your light bill so they can do their homework at night.

    Think about how hard our ancestors had it just 150 years ago. These people slept with no A/C with rodents crawling around their bedroom and you hand your kid $300. Why?

    Does this make sense or am I talking crazy? Let me know if you don't understand what I'm getting at.
