    ...which should have been using these funds to increase the money the they give to States to repair their roads. You didn't think the States just decided to repair these roads out of goodwill, did you?

  • Oregon highways are still better than California highways. The drivers are better, too.

    I had to drive to San Francisco (from Oregon) last month and it scared the bejeezus out of me. Those potholes are huge, and I think they were the same potholes I drove through last year.
