Stop McCain
"My husband and I are spending all of our check on a donation to the Democratic party. McCain will be worse for the economy than Bush! He even admitted that he didn't know much about the economy!"

The Stimulus
In January, Congress approved $152 billion in economic stimulus checks for millions of American households, intended to boost the economy and avert a recession. Just how this money will be spent remains to be seen. We hope this website helps shed some light on where the stimulus money is going.

Obama has already raised a wealth of money over McCain, it's pretty shocking how much he has, but still, do what you think is right.
Either way, the economy will be worse under either. What scares me about Obama is that he wants to implement a windfall tax on the oil companies...whatever happened to capitalism, Comrade Obama? I do NOT want the government deciding how much money a company can make. That is completely against the foundation of capitalism and our economy. But even if you feel the gas companies should not make over X dollars, a windfall tax by taking everything over a certain amount will be a completely regressive tax because it will be passed on to the consumers, and rich and poor alike will be forced to pay more. Windfall taxes in other industries and countries have never forced price changes, they are fundamentally flawed.
That being said, it's not going to be better under either party in the near future, especially for the large middle class. So save your money and ride it out, because the economy lags, and will continue to be affected by things completely outside the control of the administration.

Well, Obama is better than that idiot McCain, but he is no savior. He is controlled by the same lobbyists and influences that control McCain. Look at Illinois and see a picture of Obama. Insanely high taxes, massive gun restrictions, and lots of welfare recipients. Thanks, I will vote Constitution Party, Libertarian, or something else.
