Well it is time to wise up! You are 19 years young, and you are spending money BEFORE you get it, and then claiming to be misled. I hope you develop better money management skills soon.

How the heck did it get so absurd in this country that the concept of spending money that you actually have was replaced with spending money that you're "supposed to have" or money that you're "anticipating"?

You have no one to blame but yourself for spending money that you didn't have -- and of course, that's the goverment's fault. Look in the mirror. That's the cause of your problems. Perhaps you aren't mature enough to be getting married...at 19 !
