  • A lot of places offer low cost Vaccinations... I know Petsmarts with Banfield locations have a few days a month, usually, when you can bring your pet in and get the exam for free and only pay for the vaccinations, and a few Petsos, at least, team up with local organizations to offer low-cost vaccines that are only available one or twice a month. Ask around! Both my boys are getting their rabies shots in August and it looks like they'll be under $20 for the pair!

  • Thanks for the advice, Kixie! His regular vet is the local spay and neuter clinic, so I get his care on a sliding scale. You've reminded me to fill out the financial hardship paperwork and possibly get his shots for free.
