"what stimulus?! Apparently my rent controlled apartment and middle america life in the big expensive city of san francisco means that we earn *too much* to qualify. We have a car from '95 and one from '03 and 2 small kids. We aren't rolling in $ (can't even afford a house!). At least the beach is still free. The dude in the photo goes and makes "sculptures" on the beach for fun. I do have a new $200 camera..."
