  • The nice thing to note about this post is that it demonstrates that an animal is an financial investment as well as an emotional investment.

    When you adopt an animal you are also adopting the food, care and vet bills. Too many people forget to put their new adopted buddies in thier budget and then have regrets when the vet bill comes!

  • Yay! Another happy rescue story and best use of the check I've seen on this site. Everyone else is bitching about how it's not enough, how it went to unfun things like medical bills, yada, yada. Squirrel is the cutest little fluff ball and one lucky feline! Best wishes to you both!
