Ein Kaffee, bitte.
"Since I live in Germany, with my ~$600 rebate, after writing myself a check and converting to Euros, I bought myself a nice cup of coffee! Thanks, Uncle Sam.
ps - I put the remaining Euro into my German bank account. I will really use the $ to pay student loans. :)"

I just got back from Germany, and boy you ain't lyin'! I spent a few hundred Euros on the trip, which exchanged to be about... (carry the one)... $152 Billion! The coffee is totally worth it though.

Adam,
I noticed you are nuclear physicist. I'm an Electrical Engineer, and am encouraging my son (9-years old, see photo with "Spending Away the Future" post 5/31) toward nuclear engineering. Do you think this will be a good choice ten years from now?
