Spent tax rebate on taxes

Being from Upstate NY myself your property taxes, based on the picture you provided, seem rather fair. There are many places with much lower property tax rates - you could always just move........and quit complaining about taxation - the US has among the lowest rates of taxation among fully industrialized nations, which certainly explains our current falling behind those other nations in regards to education, caring for our citizens etc etc etc.
