Higher Education Costs
"I spent all of my refund check on college tuition, books, and remodeling my apartment (which badly needed it). The rising cost of tuition (13% this year!) and the 'requirement' for a college education,(especially in the field of Chemical Engineering), this refund check came at the right time!"
