A Real (not a big-box marketed) John Deere

May 15, 2008 0 Comments

“I bought a John Deere X300 Lawn Tractor to cut the self-planted lawn of my new home that I general contracted, thereby saving $85,000. The tractor was built in Horicon, Wisconsin by Americans. The house, paid for via a conventional mortgage loan, was built by hundreds of more American contractors. Some of those guys may have even bought some more American-made products. I can’t wait until the Democratic regeme tries to tell me that I’m “rich” and not “paying my fair share.” “
