“I might spend my check after Bush leaves office, my house and cars are paid for, and I have no bills. I’m not particularly interested in providing Mr. Bush with any credit at all. After all, his lavish spending habits are the cause of this situation.
But, then again it depends who the next president is, if it’s a Republican, my checks are destined for permanent ‘savings'”
