“I put my entire stimulus rebate check on my car loan. (A couple more of these checks would be great because then my car would be paid off! Only then will I be able to spend more money shopping). Then I had a yard sale, in hopes the locals would spend their rebate check locally, stimulating my savings account even more! Getting the rebate check was a great motivator to clean out the stuff I don’t need. “
